I loved once again your charming commentaries... always delightful,funny often suspense....but hey that macaroni/ cheese,are you kidding me 😋my very favorite menu , while in Montreal I went w my nephew Jason .."expensive taste" chose this famous restaurant in Vieux Montreal both of us jumped over the macaroni cheese......I figured yeah this must be the best ever ...but not really ..now after reading your recepie 😲I must make it this sounds the real best thing,at least I will have tasted the authentic before in this life time , specially w all those what ..5 cheeses ..? !!! Instead of only sharp cheddar maybe mozzarella ....yes even if I have lost more extra pounds ..how can I resist 😪😭..i will let you know ...mais biensure !!!

I agree with Brooke Shields, the pleasure to be had by resigning ones self to be 5 lbs. over ideal weight is worth it. The trousers may be tight but the ice cream was soooo good! Cheers!
